Who Killed Fennec Okyere : Bull Dog ’ s Case Adjourned to June 30 as Prosecutors Beg Court for More Time

So if the Human Rights Court did not rule
that the continuous holding of Bull Dog (real
name Lawrence Nana Asiama Hanson ) in
Police custody was a clear violation of his
Human Rights and goes against the
traditional notion of substantial justice , he
would have been remanded in jail again
today as the prosecutors beg for more
time…huh ?
When BullDog who has been charged with
the murder of Fennec Okyere and
conspiracy to murder appeared at the Accra
Magistrate Court today, the prosecutors
begged the Court for more time to be able
to carry on with investigation—a request the
Court granted , adjourning the case to June ,
30.
It is such actions of the prosecuting body
that have led people to ask , what was the
point in arresting and detaining Bull Dog if
they did not have enough evidence to
present in Court , in relation to the charges
levelled against him …
It looks like ; we should embrace ourselves
for a long ride of ‘ judicial up and down ’ as
the prosecutors seem to be not fully
prepared for the commencement of trial …
Slapping someone with Murder and
Conspiracy to Murder with a possible life
imprisonment is not a joke , it must be
proven beyond reasonable doubt that
indeed the person committed the alleged
crime…
With how the prosecutors have started , it
surely looks like we will soon have the
charges dropped !
