The latest picture going viral online is that of the
above 3-year-old girl who has developed breasts
like that of a fully grown woman.

A fan who sent us this picture late last night said it
was taken from a village in Plateau state, Nigeria.
Early puberty in most girls starts at age 8 but her
own is too early perhaps she is battling a form of
medical condition or spiritual problem.
