Gospel music sensation, Joyce Blessing has once
again stirred controversy by claiming that, her
unbreakable album has more hits than Daddy
Lumba’s Awoso album, which has yentie obiaa as
the hit track.
This is the second time the gospel queen is making
such a claim. She made similar on a different
platform, which attracted condemnation from a
section of the public.
Speaking on Atinka FM’s mid-morning show,
“Edwumaoo” hosted by Roman Fadda, the gospel
icon maintained her stance, adding that, many of
her tracks have been the toast of many Ghanaians.
Aside massive airplays, most of the songs on her
current album are played at almost every function
including night clubs.

She claimed that, her latest album has hit tracks
like Mensai Da, which is the hit song, Heavy Price,
Nyame Oguama featuring Jewel Ackah, Menka
kyere obiaa, Katamanto Nyame amongst others
while Lumba has only “Yentie obiaa and Awoso.”
“Apart from that, my songs are played at very
function including night clubs. Lumba’s songs
cannot be played in church,” Madam Blessing
confidently argued.
She nonetheless praised Daddy Lumba for churning
out hit after hit for over two decades, adding that
the highlife icon is really a legend.
