Tema based rap addict Dadie Opanka will on
February 6 2015 release his first single off his
debut album Akwaaba.
The single, Abubro Nkosua features popular female
Gospel songstress Gifty Osei and sees the rap
addict transmogrify into a poet/spoken word artiste
who directs all his focus in magnifying his creator
(God) for saving him as he had an encounter with
death early this year.
Speaking on the urge to drop a Gospel song, the
artiste disclosed saying;
“Death is real, I already knew it but the reality of
death hit me with a big blow after this encounter
and I know God is real and you need to surrender to
Him no matter who you are, and in everything God
first.

As God has given me another chance to live, I feel
like if I don’t tell people how wonderful He is, then
I’m not being grateful” – he said.
According to Dadie Opanka, the song is not the
usual hiplife gospel but a fusion of spoken word and
choruses that will get both conservative Gospel
music lovers and rap addicts listening.
