Hip life trio, VVIP together with other artistes who
missed the Mzbel Red Concert have apologized for
their inability to show up.
VVIP who spoke On Pluzz FM’s entertainment
morning show hosted by Sammy Flex on Pluzz89.9
FM explained they had agreed to be on bill but had a
last minute engagement in Tamale that made it
impossible.
Reggie Rockstone who spoke on behalf of the trio
added that the plan was to fly back to Accra after
their cleanup exercise in Tamale in time for the Red
Concert but it fell through at the very last minute.

The concert came off last weekend. Performers
included Trigmatic, Dobble, Edem, Mzvee, Mzbel,
Paulina Oduro, AJ Nelson, Quarme Zaggy, and
Abena Ruthy among others.
Stonebwoy, earlier advertised as performing, also
missed out. A release sent to enewsgh.com says
he has also apologized to the singer.
The Mzbel RED Concert was put together by
Thinkers Bag Media.
