Did The Sound Engineer 'Tipsy' Steal KayCee's Work Of Guru's Obumpa Song For Guru?

Ever since the song 'Obumpa' was released ,there had been several controversies surrounding the song. Some said Guru stole the song from an Artiste called Nautical who planned to feature Guru on his track titled Obumpa. But was dismayed when he heard Guru had released the song. Let's take a look at how the song started.
Amusedghana understands Guru went to Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana for one reason or the other. In an interview with kayceebeat on Atoobu FM at Atebubu in same region where Guru went  , He said Guru came to his recording studio and asked to do something with the group called Obumpa at Techiman. Kayceebeat continued that, the beat was made at the studio and Guru asked him if he could invite Tipsy to add a hip pop feeling to the beat they have produced and Kaycee agreed.
But after the beat was made only Chao King and Guru's vocals were recorded. Guru then asked the engineer ( Kaycee) to add the vocals of the Obumpa group when they come later to the song because he(Guru) wants to help them

Kaycee added that ,Guru again called him that he will let Tipsy come to his studio to record a jingle for him. But unfortunately for Kaycee, when Tipsy came the studio he(kaycee) had already left the studio to attend to other matters.

So after Tipsy was done with the jingle, He took the advantage of kaycee's absence to copy the data of the Obumpa song.He then sent it to his studio, removed kaycee's beat(original beat) and made a new beat of his own to the vocals.
Kaycee said, Tipsy shown the new work done on the song to Guru but the Hip pop Artiste said he needed the original song made by Kaycee.

Tipsy didn't listen to Guru and went ahead to upload the song
